There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

Delivery Policy

Sorenson’s delivers Monday thru Friday. Draw a 60 mile radius and we will find a route to your home. We will call you 1 day ahead of time to set up a time frame and then follow up with a 20 min heads up call. This will give you time to skip out of work, clean out the refrigerator or prep for what needs to be done. Don’t be afraid to offer our delivery team your favorite treat!

Damage Policy

Sorenson’s will occasionally have a damaged product. Don’t worry, it will get handled 100% of the time. Whether that’s bringing out a loaner, knocking some money off the scratch and dented one, we will always make it right, guaranteed!

Return Policy


Once delivered, all sales are final. Remember, these are the biggest things in your house most of the time. Please think through the process before making that final decision. We want every customer to be happy, so let’s work together to make the right decision. Financed sales require 15% deposit on all special orders. If an item is ordered and canceled prior to delivery, no refund of deposit will be issued.


At Sorenson’s, we try to make rules fair. We don’t have a ling written hand book with rules. Call us, email us or better yet, stop in and we will always make it right.

What to expect: Delivery Day

When can it be delivered?

We will set up the delivery at the time of the sale. If we don’t have something in stock, we will call you asap when it arrives at our store to set up delivery date.

How Fast?

If you want it fast, Whirlpool, KitchenAid, Maytag, Jenn-Air, Amana will be your best bet. Why you may ask, because imagine a football field. That is exactly what our warehouse measures, except with a roof over the top.

What time of day can it be delivered?

You’ll get a call 1 day prior to delivery to get a window of roughly 2 hours. The delivery team will call you 20 mins ahead to let you know they are on their way. Remember, they like treats!
