Delivery & Installation

Our team is professionally trained by the best of the best. Installers that have 20+ years of experience. They are so good; I would have them deliver and install to my wife’s home. That is how confident we are in the Sorenson’s Delivery Team!

Delivery Policy

Sorenson’s delivers Monday through Friday - Draw a 70 mile radius and we will find a route to your home. We will call you 1 day ahead of time to set up a time frame and then follow up with a 30 minute heads up call. This will give you time to skip out of work, clean out the refrigerator, or prep for what needs to be done. Don’t be afraid to offer our delivery team your favorite treat!

Damage Policy

Sorenson’s will occasionally have a damaged product. Don’t worry, it will get handled 100% of the time. Whether that’s bringing out a loaner or knocking some money off the scratch/dented one, we will always make it right, guaranteed!

Return Policy

Once delivered, all sales are final. Remember, these are the biggest things in your house most of the time - Please think through the process before making that final decision. We want every customer to be happy, so let’s work together to make the right decision. Financed sales require 15% deposit on all special orders. If an item is ordered and canceled prior to delivery, no refund of deposit will be issued.
